While our standard tours often blend different parties of passengers within one aircraft, Papillon also offers the option to privatize an entire aircraft just for your group! This is the perfect solution for large families to ensure that family members are not separated on different aircraft. Tours can also be privatized for business outings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, or other groups looking to explore the desert Southwest.

Both helicopters and airplanes can be privatized for your group. From your comfortable seat, you can experience fantastic aerial views of desert sights including Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, the Joshua Tree Forest, the Colorado River, and of course - the majesty of the Grand Canyon. You can take professional-looking photos from the oversized windows or take group pictures with no strangers in the background!

Note that while our aircraft can be privatized entirely for your group, other aspects of your tour such as the Skywalk Bridge, the helicopter landing site on the floor of the West Rim, and canyon lookout points cannot be reserved.

Our parking lots can easily accommodate multiple motorcoaches, and our Group Services staff possess years of experience working with the complexities of organized group travel. You can rest assured that every step of the process - from research, booking, payment, and travel – will be seamless when working with our team. Booking via our Group Services department also ensures that the passengers, whenever possible, will travel together on the same aircraft or automobile and follow the same schedule.
